Key Responsibilities – Research market data to understand customer requirement. – Enquiry generation – understanding customer needs – Making cold calls to potential customers – Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers with the help of pre-engineering team. – Responsible for Order Booking – Maintain customer database information updated – Present & participate in exhibitions to enhance business – Travelling extensively in assigned geography is essential Technical & Essential Skills – Must have knowledge of food, fruit, juices, beverages, dairy, or similar process & equipment. – Sales experience in Dairy & Beverage Sector preferable – Understand Engineering drawing like P&ID, GA Layout of Customer requirement. – A positive attitude with a strong understanding of the importance of Customer requirements. – General Computer knowledge, good written & oral communication skills – Enthusiasm to grow customer base. Qualification – B.E. Dairy Technology / Food Technology / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical – Management qualification preferred but not essential
