JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Service Engineer
Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years
Location: Chinchwad, Pune
Key Responsibilities & Job Profile
- The roles entail an understanding of various equipment in processing of beverage and dairy
- products, especially Aseptic Milk Processing Plant & Filling Machine.
- Understand customer service needs and prepare for resolution for quick solution at site.
- Perform servicing of Repute supplied equipment at customer sites
- Trouble shooting of food processing system such as Aseptic Milk Processing Equipment, Filling
- Machine, Homogenizers, pasteurizers, sterilizers, CIP etc.
- Scheduling maintenance contracts as per the agreement with customers.
- Work proactively to ensure timely service intervention in maintaining customer equipment and ensure highest uptime of customer plants
- Promote service agreement for critical process equipment to cover them under the AMC
- Closely work internally with project team to have up-to-date PLC programs and back-up to support the customer
- Working along with instrumentation team for process automation related troubleshooting.
- Be an ambassador for Repute in the eyes of customer and secure superior customer experience
- Act as a lead for new opportunity for Repute with timely information on customer new investments and expansion requirement
Technical & Essential Skills
- Must have knowledge of food, fruit, juices, beverage, dairy, or similar process plant.
- Must have experience of working with Aseptic Milk Processing Equipment & Filing Machine.
- Must have experience of working at sites or on process sites as maintenance engineer on similar products.
- crisis management at site and problem resolution skills
- Good in written and oral communication for report writing
- Knowledge in computer operation with proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel across India and abroad as per the requirement of the service demand
Qualification
- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical or automation (with site experience)
